The Evening Build is an independent online project operated by Andrew. This policy describes how information may be handled when you visit theeveningbuild.com, email us, or use linked resources.
Information you provide
This static homepage does not itself offer a contact form or email signup. If you email hello@theeveningbuild.com, we receive the message, your email address, and any information you choose to include.
If you request a free resource or subscribe through a separate page hosted by Systeme.io, that page may collect your email address and subscription preferences. You may receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription before follow-up messages are sent.
How information is used
- To respond to messages you send.
- To provide a resource you request and, if you confirm a subscription, send relevant practical emails.
- To maintain the security and operation of the site and related services.
Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option. You can also contact us to ask about information you've provided.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare provides website and email-routing infrastructure. Systeme.io is used for linked landing pages, contact/subscriber management, and email delivery. Our email routing may forward messages to an inbox hosted by Google. These services process relevant technical or contact data to provide their functions under their own policies.
Links to Instagram and other third-party websites lead to services with separate privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
This initial static website has no added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or site-set marketing cookies. Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process basic technical data for delivery, reliability, and security. Linked websites and funnel pages can use their own technologies and privacy notices.
Data retention and your choices
We keep communications and subscriber information only as needed for the purposes described, legitimate operational needs, and applicable legal requirements. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or request access or deletion by contacting us. Some limited records may need to be retained for security or compliance.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our tools or practices change. The updated date will reflect the latest revision.
